Long term/contract car parking

We have at least 30 car parking spaces available to rent to external users on a long-term basis. These spaces are available to the public, even if not tenants of the Central Business Centre.

Our car park is security manned, gated, flood lit and available on easy, monthly terms.

Each space is individually allocated and assigned for your personal use.

All users will have their own key to the car park gates.

The CBC is about 5 minutes walk from the Leicester central train station.

Vehicles may be left over night in the gated car park.

Users will have 24/7 access.
