The ground floor of the Central Business Centre offers warehouse units with access to the street for loading and unloading.

Warehouse 1 offers 3,000 sq feet of space and has a drive in loading bay with access to the street.

Warehouse 2 offers 7,000 sq feet, with concertina doors to the street for loading and unloading. The access doors open into a dead-end street so that there is no problem with parking vehicles outside the loading doors or vans can be driven directly into the building.

The warehouse is equipped with a small office, male and female toilets and a kitchen with hot water.

Both warehouses offer excellent flooring, small windows to give some daylight and fluorescent lighting.

Warehouse space can be combined with office accommodation on the first floor of the building. The Centre has its own on-site car park for staff.
